The authorisation for Interface ends.

2. 5th June 2018 for the disposal, storage and use of existing stocks by any persons.

Key Features:

The two Active Ingredients in Interface™ target disease in different ways. Iprodione has a contact mode of action; this remains on the leaf surface acting as a shield, creating a barrier to protect against further infection. Trifloxystrobin has a mesostemic mode of action which, because of the formulation, creates a weather resistant reservoir on the leaf surface that enables continual penetration and redistribution via superficial vapour movement over the leaf surface, leading to greater protection and longevity.

I’ve noticed a considerable greening up effect on the greens I’ve tested, there seems to be more vigour to the turf compared to the greens I haven’t used the product on, which is excellent. I applied the product in September 2012 when the turf was just on the cusp of breaking out in disease. I was expecting an outbreak of disease considering the dramatic fluctuations in temperature and damp conditions. At week 5 after Interface™ application the product continues to have protectant properties; no signs of disease. At week 6 there are still no signs of disease on the target greens.”
