Collect from our Trade Counter

Pitchcare now offer the option to collect your order from our on-site trade counter.

This service is available 5 days a week and is free of charge.

Step 1 - Place your order online

• Select "collection" as the delivery method on our checkout page
• Complete the checkout and await order confirmation via email

Step 2 - Await our call

• As soon as your order has been picked, we will call you

Step 3 - Collect from our Trade Counter

• Once we've called you, you may collect your order
• Remember, bring either a print-out of your order confirmation or proof of identity (credit card/drivers license etc.)
