New Managing Director for Hayter Ltd

Derek N. Boulton is the new Managing Director at Hayter and will assume responsibility for all areas of the company's business. James C. Pelletier, C.E.O. of Murray Inc, announced this appointment recently.

Mr. Boulton has had wide experience of engineering, particularly in the automotive and diesel engine industries. He has held various senior positions with Cummins Inc. and Komatsu Cummins Engine Co. and has managed operations in the U.S., Africa and Japan amongst other places.

He served his mechanical engineering apprenticeship with British Leyland and holds Diplomas in Management Studies and Mechanical Engineering from Teeside Polytechnic and Bromsgrove College. In addition he received his M.B.A. from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, one of Europe's leading business schools. He is married with four sons and intends to relocate from the U.S. to Bishop's Stortford at an early date.
