The active substance in MMC-PRO, helps to remove algae mould and other single celled organisms from hard surfaces, by disruption of the cell membrane. Preventing photosynthesis and other physiological processes, leading to visible results in 12-24 hours.
Once dry MMC-PRO adsorbs onto hard surfaces creating a molecular film, which provides preventative action for a number of months.
MMC-PRO is readily biodegradable to EC/OECD standards and contains no bleach or acids, and is not corrosive.
If contact surfaces such as benches or tables are inadvertently sprayed they should be wiped down or rinsed before use.

Instructions for Use
Where to Use:
MMC-PRO is suitable for use on all exterior hard surfaces including drives, roofs, paths, tennis courts, artificial turf, concrete, tarmac & block paving. Preventative action is significantly reduced when applied to loose or friable surfaces such as gravel.
When to Use:
- Apply at any time of year when algae is present on both porous and non-porous hard surfaces.
- Apply onto dry surfaces and allow for 5-6 hours prior to rainfall, so the chemical can adsorb effectively.

How to Use:
- Brush off any heavy growth of surface detritus such as leaves which may prevent MMC-PRO contacting the surface affectively and evenly.
- Apply to dry surfaces only.
- Apply via low pressure hand held or knapsack sprayer
- Add half of the required water to the spray tank.
- Measure out and add the required amount of MMC-PRO to the spray tank.
- Add the remaining amount of water to the spray tank.
- Saturate the surface and leave to dry.
- Avoid contact with non-target organisms or plants.

Additional Information on MMC-PRO
Approved under the Control Of Pesticides Regulations (COPR) 1986, covering products which contain active substances that are not yet regulated under the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR). For use as directed. Use MMC-PRO safely.
Contact with plant life should be minimised. Limited run-off or over-spray onto grass, soil or hardy plants will not normally cause damage, and where heavier run-off or over-spray has occurred, the area should simply be flooded with fresh water.
Pets and unprotected persons should be kept off the treated surfaces until the product has dried completely (typically 5-6 hours) depending on weather conditions.

Important note: MMC Pro is less effective on loose or friable surfaces, such as gravel.
For optimal results, follow these application instructions:
- Brush away any heavy debris.
- Apply MMC-Pro to dry surfaces only, using a low-pressure handheld or knapsack sprayer.
- Dilute the product with water according to the instructions provided (typically 1:4 for normal growth, up to 1:9 for light growth).
- Saturate the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry completely.
- Avoid application if rain is expected within 5-6 hours.
The dilution ratio for MMC-Pro varies depending on the severity of the growth:
Average Growth: Dilute 1 part MMC-Pro with 4 parts of water. This will cover 75-100 m2 on rough surfaces and over 175 m2 on smoother surfaces using one 5L container.
Light Growth: Dilute 1 part MMC-Pro with 9 parts of water. This will cover 150-200 m2 on rough surfaces and over 350 m2 on smoother surfaces using one 5L container.
MMC-Pro begins killing green mold and algae within a few days. The cleaning process continues over the following weeks and months as the product slowly breaks down the dead growth. You may notice a rusty brown discoloration on some surfaces, but this is a normal reaction and will disappear over time.
Skin Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation or a rash develops, seek medical attention.
Eye Contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, removing any contact lenses if present. Seek immediate medical attention.
MMC-Pro is biodegradable according to EC/OECD standards and does not contain bleach or acids. However, it can be harmful to aquatic life. Avoid contaminating water bodies with MMC-Pro and dispose of the product responsibly.
Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection.
Do not breathe in the mist or spray.
Wear respiratory equipment if adequate ventilation isn't available.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling MMC-Pro.
Keep away from children and animals.
Keep pets and people away from treated areas until the product has dried completely, which typically takes 5-6 hours. This ensures their safety and prevents any accidental ingestion.

We require deliveries to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, you may request it is left in a safe place by leaving a signed note for the driver, requesting the item is left without a signature. Please note that this is left at your own risk and at the driver's discretion.
For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.
Please note for deliveries that require a pallet, the pallet/packaging itself is the customer's responsibility and will not be uplifted or taken upon delivery.
