Ultra Plant's display snapped up at Saltex

Staff from Northern Ireland-based topdresser manufacturer Ultra Plant left this years' IOG Saltex with a key piece of their stand display missing, after selling one of their largest exhibits on the show's second day.

Finbarr Fox, Managing Director of Fox Contracts bought the Multi Pro 101 multi purpose materials handler from the company whoUPSaltex0317.jpg

He was originally looking to buy a bulk Ultra Spreader topdresser and a gravel cart for drainage, until he discovered that the Multi Pro and just one operator could do both of these jobs and various others as well.

Ideal for both contractors and golf courses, the Multi Pro is ideal for filling bunkers, hoppers and spreaders and for backfilling drains. The conveyor can be retracted to feed into the twin disc spinners, which never need to be demounted for spreading sand and topdressing.

Mr. Fox said: "As a contractor, I need machinery that can complete tasks efficiently and with the minimum of manpower. We also aim to cause minimum disruption to the playing surface. The Multi Pro has a long conveyor, meaning that we can keep further back from the edge of the drain, load into the hopper of other machines such as a trencher and its wide 4-in-line wheels won't mark the ground."

For further information about the Multi Pro and Ultra Plant's full range of topdressers and spreaders, call 028 8774 7582 in Ireland or for sales in the rest of the UK, call Synergy Products on 01380 828337 or email: ultraplant@aol.com
