Poppy Mix
To mark the 100-year anniversary since the start of World War One, Limagrain UK has introduced two special commemorative poppy mixtures for parks and gardens which will create vibrant displays of flowers, and serve as a powerful reminder of those who sacrificed their lives.

The two mixtures are simply named: Poppy Mix - which is 100% red poppy, and Poppy plus Red Flax Mix, which is a 50:50 mix of the two plant species.

The red flax brings a two-tone look to the crimson display and this shorter flower will also last longer.

Seed is available in 500g packets, and can be sown from late April into May, at a sowing rate of 2g/m2.

Limagrain UK will be making a donation to a Forces charity for every pack sold of seed sold.

For details of their nearest supplier, groundsmen can contact Limagrain UK on 01472 371471 or email: enquiries@limagrain.co.uk.
