Two new models of Etesia Ride on Rotary
For the 2008 season, Etesia has launched two models in their 100cm ride-on rotary range - the Hydro 100D BPHP and BPSP.
In developing these machines, Etesia has succeeded in their objective to keep vibrations, emissions and noise to a minimum, whilst maintaining outstanding productivity and performance.
Power is at the heart of any rotary mower - with these high specification H100D lawnmowers, this comes from a Perkins 403D-07 20.5hp 3-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine - a unit noted for its quieter; cleaner; smooth yet powerful delivery. Designed for durability and long life, this engine has a track record of proven reliability and performance and offers maximum fuel efficiency; low running costs plus longer intervals between servicing and oil changes.
Operator comfort and safety is a prime consideration - with these new EC compliant 100cm ride-ons, vibration levels have been greatly reduced and the unacceptable noise pollution normally associated with rotary mowing is minimised.
All this has been achieved without compromising on performance. A specially profiled-blade is at the heart of a system which ensures superb anti-clog cutting and collecting - even in the pouring rain! Mowing efficiency is increased to allow operators to work at highly-productive speeds of up to 12kph. The 14 litre fuel tank provides a full day's normal mowing.
Hydro 100D is designed for maximum comfort and minimum user fatigue. Forward and reverse hydraulic drive is easy-to-use, and the machine is highly manoeuvrable with a tight 1.10m-radius turning circle, making it ideal for awkward areas.
These two latest models are:- the Hydro 100D BPHP with hydraulic high-lift grass box emptying to a height of 1.80 metres; plus the ground-emptying Hydro 100D BPSP. With this latter ride-on there is a retro-fit option of a high-tip grassbox. A range of optional turfcare and other attachments are available to give increased all-year-round versatility.
