We are recruiting more mechanics and continuing to train apprentices to ensure access to skilled staff for the future. Jon Pinnington brings a wealth of experience to Swan, having an 18 year background in the Fleet Management/Contract Hire industry covering a number of sales and operational roles. Having worked for a number of companies including Lookers Group and AT & T Automotive Services, his most recent role was as General Manager of Freedom Transport Services taking responsibility for the Fleet Management and Garage Services business that turned over £8.5m per annum.
