New Grassfelt Tee Mats from Lindum

Lindum are offering turf managers temporary winter tees of living grass as opposed to the artificial alternative.

Utilising the company's versatile Grassfelt, (a living grass sward on a reinforced felt base), the growers have developed the new product at their Yorkshire base using wear resistant and shade tolerant turf mixtures.

"Our LT5 Ryegrass Tee Mix has worked well in this situation, and stood up during trials," reports Lindum's MD Stephen Fell. "At the moment we're experimenting with R.T.F. (Rhizomatous Tall Fescue), which, as the toughest turf around would be ideal."
