Maxwell’s BTME competition winner announced
As announced by Pitchcare on Twitter on 6th February 2019, the winner of the Maxwell Amenity BTME competition, to win 6 sets of Helly Hansen Magni Workwear, is Danny Tyrell and the team at Gathurst Golf Club.
The Gathurst team were fortunate enough to win the BTME competition, where individuals were invited to enter their details to be in with a chance of £4000 worth of top of the range Helly Hansen Magni workwear. The winner was Course Manager at Gathurst Golf Danny Tyrell. Danny said, "I was delighted when Gary told me that we had won the workwear, I've had Helly Hansen workwear in the past and it really is top quality".
Maxwell Amenity sent Technical Sales Area Manager, Gary Potter along with Steve Monk and Emma Brownlie, from the marketing team, to meet Danny and his team at the Helly Hansen showroom in Salford Quays.
The prize includes 6 sets of Magni; Work Pants, T-Shirts, Work Boots, Fleece Jackets, Shell Jackets. The Magni range uses 3-layer Helly Tech® technology to maximise breathability whilst keeping the user dry. The range also features Lifa technology, this helps to move moisture away from the skin in order for the user to remain dry and comfortable.
Whilst his team were getting measured up in order to ensure the best possible fit for the workwear Steve sat down with Danny to discuss the workwear and how it will benefit the team at Gathurst Golf Club. Danny outlined that the key weather challenges that he and his team face are "The wind and rain are obviously a big issue for us, but there are also days where it's cold and wet early in the morning and by mid-morning it has warmed up. This means that we end up carrying more clothes than we need to around with us. After listening to David and being told about the technology within the workwear, it is clear that we will be more prepared for the range of challenges that our daily routine throws at us".
