WITH high rainfall and flooding major issues for groundsmen this year, the IOG has designed a special course on sports surface drainage to be run on Thursday February 17 at Milton Keynes Sports Club.

The day includes lectures on soil structure, the relationship between soil and water, drainage principles and practice, installing systems and maintaining installations.

The day costs £80 for IOG members, £90 for non-members and includes VAT, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.
