Information Morning, Plumpton College Saturday 3 March
Plumpton College will be hosting an Information Morning on Saturday 3rd March, from 9am-12.30pm. Visitors will discover the range of land based courses, employer training and apprenticeships.
The college also has centres at Netherfield, Flimwell, Robertsbridge and Brighton and offers full time courses for 16-18 year old students in further education and for students in higher education. Staff will be available to offer free courses information and careers advice as well as facilities tours. Student ambassadors will also be on hand to inform about student life at Plumpton College.
The wide range of courses include Agriculture. Agricultural Machinery. Animal Management. Countryside and Environment. Equine Studies. Floristry. Forestry and Arboriculture. Game Management. Garden Design. Horticulture. Metalsmithing and Silversmithing. Outdoor Education. Public Services. Rural Business Management. Sport. Sports Turf. Veterinary Nursing. Wine Business. Wine Production.
Visitors can register for free taster courses for those at school as well as free 3 day experience courses for those aged 16-18 years and not in education, employment and training.
