Family status? Single. One daughter Elise.
Who's your hero and why? My mum - for being 92 years old.
What would you change about yourself? To be able to speak fluent Welsh.
What's your guilty pleasure? Tea and biscuits.
What's been the highlight of your career so far? Surviving the first eighteen months as General Manager of Colwyn Bay Cricket Club!
What are your pet peeves? Players blaming the pitch for their own poor performance.
If you could go anywhere right now, where would it be? Benidorm - to meet Mateo!
What's the best part of your job? Being out in the fresh air.
… and the worst? Wet, windy weather.
Do you have a lifetime ambition? To have a long and healthy retirement.
Favourite record, and why? Spirit of Radio by Rush. Quality.
Who would you choose to spend a romantic evening with? Kirsty Gallagher.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Give half to my daughter and go on holiday to India for six months.
If you were to describe yourself as a musical instrument, what would you be and why? A drum kit - I can be a bit noisy!
Which three people, living or dead, would you invite to a dinner party? Pauline Cahill from Barbados, Melanie Aughton Dentith from CBCC, and my dad's grandmother, so I could ask her some delicate questions about my family tree!
If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be and why? Owen Farrell - so I could play rugby against and beat Wales at rugby!
Do you have any bad habits? I'm very untidy at home.

Do you go to bed worrying about the next day's workload? Yes, of course, but not often.
What are you reading at the moment - hard copy or online? The Making of Modern Britain by Andrew Marr.
What's the best advice you have ever been given? I've been given lots of advice from Welsh Rugby fans!
What's your favourite smell? Coriander.
What do you do in your spare time? Watch sport, either live or on TV. I used to play cricket and rugby.
What's the daftest work-related question you have ever been asked? Will it be fit to play in half an hour?!
