procisinion_onstand.jpgGambetti is proud to announce the release of the all new Coremaster range of turf aerators from Greencare. Unlike the recent spate of "new" aerators, which are basically re-vamp old style machines, the new Coremaster 1200 and 1560 aerators represent a major design breakthrough for the turf industry.

They go faster and deeper than ever before, and feature true vertical holes with a maximum depth of 165mm 6.5 inches. There is absolutely no rocking or heaving by the tines when they are in the ground. Operating speeds, even at full depth, is unbelievable.

Technically these new machines look like no other. On first inspection, you quickly realise that these aerators are seriously over-built to last longer and go deeper.

David Livingstone - the inventor- said he started with a blank page and threw out all previous design rules. "Keeping it simple" he said, was the most difficult task to achieve. The results speak for themselves. You now have a real choice in aerators and the new Coremasters are gentle on greens, even with Quadratines, or sensational at smashing compaction on fairways/sports fields.

These new Coremasters come with a full range of tines - both solid and hollow. Hollow tines are available from 6mm 1/4" to 25mm 1" and the solid tines are available from 6mm 1/4" to 20mm 3/4". The 20mm 3/4" and 25mm 1" hollow tines are extremely efficient and remove an unbelievable amount of soil. All tines are made from the finest steels to prolong tine life and minimse breakages .core1200.jpg

The Coremaster 1200 is 48" wide and is best suited with a 27+HPtractor, while the 1560 is 62" wide and is best suited with a 30+HP tractor.

Most high speed moving parts are manufactured from top quality light weight alloys to reduce stress, while all bearings and bushes are either sealed or self-lubricating for minimal maintenance. The main bearings are among the strongest and largest in the industry and are easily accessible. Power is transmitted from the PTO Shaft and Gearbox to the tine legs by oversized 1" pitch steel linked chains. This ensures that the new Coremasters keep penetrating your heavily compacted areas when the competition slip on their belts and lose timing.

core1560.jpgWhen you lift the safety cover, you quickly appreciate the simplicity of design and realise how easy it is to access all parts. There are no hidden surprises [like taking hours to change a broken belt during a turf renovation program]. You can change or fix a broken chain in moments. In fact, everything about these new aerators is engineering excellence, e.g., keyways have been replaced by expensive and more durable taper locks and pivot pins are oversized and made from the high grade stainless steels eliminate corrosion. There are no shortcuts in these Coremasters.

For a little extra, you get a whole lot more aerator!
