Fleet of Iseki Tractors for Everton's Training Ground
Robbie Gillespie, Everton Football Club's groundsman responsible for the Finch Farm Training and Academy complex, has refreshed his fleet of Iseki tractors with three new arrivals purchased from local dealer, Northwest Mowers, based at Bamber Bridge near Preston.
The small fleet of Iseki equipment consists of an SXG323 compact mower with low-tip grass collector, a TG5390 mid-range tractor with a lifting capacity of 1270 Kgs and a TG5470 45 hp mid-range tractor with more power and a capability to lift 1580 Kgs. Both mid-range tractors feature air-conditioned cabs.
"These new additions replace older Iseki's purchased some while ago; we've basically replaced like-for-like because we have been delighted with their performance," he said. "They feature several upgrades including IQ transmission which gives us three speed ranges allowing us to select the ideal speed for the application in hand. This gives us ultimate control, especially when we're aerating with our Wiedenmann spiker. The SXG323 is a great little mower; it can cut and collect in the wet and is ideal for a whole lot of mowing and collecting duties around the site."
Iseki tractors are distributed in the UK by Ransomes, a Textron Inc (NYSE:TXT) company, and more information on the product offering can be found at www.ransomesjacobsen.com.
