Wiedenmann is one of the world leaders in deep aeration technology with over 40 years experience in the turf maintenance sector. Now they have taken this in-depth knowledge and combined it with three years of research and development to produce a new tractor mounted deep aerator, the Terra Spike XF, which is three times faster than competitor machines.

The new machine provides deep aeration and compaction relief down to a depth of 22cm (8½"), at working speeds of up to 5.7 km/h (4mph) at a hole spacing of 195mm. In terms of deep aeration that's fast! Even with square hole patterns of 65mm and 130mm, working speeds of 1.9 km/h and 3.8 km/h respectively are achieved. The result is high productivity and less disruption

The Terra Spike XP range of deep aerators and the Greens Terra, specially designed for golf greens, will also be on display. The Terra Combi and Terra Top are on stand together with a selection of recently introduced products including the MCS compact grass collectors, the powerful Whisper Twister leaf blower, the Super Pro rear and side discharge rotary cutting decks.

The stand will also feature the products and services of Sportsgrounds Ltd, part of the Fairways Group, who specialise in the construction and maintenance of all types of sports surfaces, both natural and artificial. The new Pro-Cast top dresser with elevator will take centre stage and there's a new range of specialist turf presentation products from Groom-It.
