Campey Turf Care Kicks Off European Demonstration Tour at Real Sociedad's training facility in San Sebastian
Campey Turf Care Systems, one of Europe's largest independent machinery suppliers, has successfully completed the first full pitch renovation day on its European Tour with a resounding thumbs up from visitors and organisers alike at Real Sociedad football club's training facility in San Sebastian, Spain.
The demonstration tour provides a unique opportunity across Europe for anyone involved in sports pitch maintenance to view a whole range of renovation and maintenance machinery at work including the Koro by Imants Topmaker, aerators, harrows, topdressers and seeders from major manufacturers including Imants, Raycam, Vredo and Dakota.
Richard Campey is delighted with the enthusiasm and co-operation extended towards them by the Managers and Head Groundsman of all the stadiums and golf clubs taking part: "We have a common agenda across the language and cultural divide to discover and adopt good working practices in sports pitch renovation and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and demonstrate expertise in our field and we welcome anyone with a similar passion for excellence to attend."
