Branson Tractor scores at Deeping Rangers FC

Branson
When their existing tractor was nearing the end of its useful life Dave Holmes of Deeping Rangers Football Club knew to whom they should turn for advice regarding a replacement - Glen Bellamy of Fentons of Bourne.

Rather than sell them one, Glen persuaded the club to have a 35hp Branson 3625h on trial before making a decision. The groundsman Dave Holmes and the Treasurer Kevin Davenport were so impressed, they bought it!

Having always used a 30hp machine Dave was unsure about a slightly bigger tractor as specified by the FA - but is now convinced that it was the right choice. Dave thoroughly researched all the tractors currently available and sounded out other owners of Branson tractors.

Using it with a Wessex mower on the four pitches Dave is impressed with the power from the 3 cylinder 1741cc diesel engine, the hydrostatic transmission and the front axle 52° turn angle plus its stability with a bucket on the front. He concludes, "This is a cracking tractor, great value for money plus excellent advice and after sales service from Glen at Fentons of Bourne"
