Aebi to show new additions at Windsor
Aebi is simultaneously launching two new Terratrac models.
The new midrange: Terratrac Aebi TT220 and TT240.
The Terratrac Aebi TT220 celebrates its British premiere at the Saltex exhibition. Both models are totally at home on sloping terrain and exceptionally agile; they minimise damage to the soil structure and are extremely versatile.
They have the same comfortable ride and ease of operation as the large Terratrac series. As well equipped as the bigger models, yet with more compact external dimensions - Aebi is establishing new benchmarks in the midrange segment.
With the exception of the different Detroit Diesel VM engines, all technical aspects of the two models are the same. While the TT220 is powered by a 65 HP turbo-diesel, the 4-cylinder unit in the TT240 delivers an impressive 81 HP. In the spacious well-equipped driver's cab, the hydrostatic traction drive is continuously adjustable via the multifunctional control lever. Being able to control forward or reverse motion as well as 24 functions with one hand is a real boon to the driver.
Moreover, the simple and logically arranged operation is a real plus factor for safety when working in difficult terrain. In both design and technical terms, the new Terratracs are based on the exceptionally successful and proven top-of-the-range model, the Terratrac Aebi TT270. For example, all-wheel, front and rear steering as well as crab steering can be selected at the touch of a button, an onboard computer with many functions comes as standard, while the front and rear hydraulics each have a lifting capacity of 1,400 kg.
However, the external dimensions are smaller all round and the tyre variants are also smaller. Whether maintaining steep embankments with a flail mower, cutting grass on sports grounds and parks with a rotary mower, aerating golf courses or snow clearance with a snow plough or snow blower in winter, the new compact design Terratrac Aebi TT220 and TT240 are almost unstoppable, whatever the conditions, and are rugged, all-purpose implement carriers for use on sloping ground, day-in, day-out all year round.
Terratrac Aebi TT205.
The Terratrac Aebi TT205 is driven by a 49,5 HP Kubota diesel engine. The speed is controlled by the infinitely variable hydrostatic drive with the steering modes front steer or all wheel steer changeable at a push of a button.
We have purposely kept this machine as a bare bones version so that the price is right.!
The Combicut Aebi CC56 the comfortable walk behind.
The fine feeling of the active steering and the infinitely variable hydrostatic drive together with the speed of changing the implements make this an easy comfortable machine for many applications. Even difficult mowing conditions on extreme slopes are made easier for the operator thanks to the characteristic of the CC56 and the power of a 13HP Basco Vangard petrol engine.
Tyres and track width can be adapted exactly to the work requirements with terra, turf and cultural tyres available, these of course can retro-fitted with cage wheels or double wheels for use in extreme conditions. Implements for grass maintenance, sweeping, fertilizing even snow blowing can be fitted easily with out fuss and tools allowing the CC56 to be use through out the year.
