Tips for Buyers
Cost efficient transport is best achieved purchasing in quantities of:
- 10 x 25kg = ¼ Pallet (250kg)
- 20 x 25kg = ½ Pallet (500kg)
- 40 x 25kg = Full Pallet (1000kg)
Make up the above quantities with a mix of loam, grass seed and fertiliser.
Binder's K Pitch Dressing is a good club quality loam with 41% clay content and can be used to top dress over and create a firm cricket wicket. Binders have a reputation for excellence in the quality control and formulation of loams and and this expertise has been used to create Binder's K Pitch Dressing.
Philip Furner Manager of Binder's Loam discussed the suitability of the loam in a 2011 Pitchcare article. A statement from the article reads as follows;
"We have sourced material, had it analysed for it's suitability and ability to be successfully used on existing Kaloam pitches, and the loam will be produced to the same exacting standard as you have come to expect from Binders"

Delivery and Returns

We require deliveries to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, you may request it is left in a safe place by leaving a signed note for the driver, requesting the item is left without a signature. Please note that this is left at your own risk and at the driver's discretion.
For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.
